At ALITON, we aim to deliver your order as swiftly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when you will receive your purchase.

Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Once processed, orders are delivered within 5-7 business working days across India.
  • Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen logistics issues.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be shared with you via email once your order is successfully placed and ready to ship.
  • You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499/-

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across most pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners.
  • If your location is outside our courier partner’s service area, we’ll notify you by email and assist you with the refund process.

Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to natural calamities, public holidays or unforeseen events.
  • In such cases, you can track your order using the shared tracking link, or we may notify you by email if needed.

Failed Deliveries

  • In case of failed delivery attempts (due to unavailability, incorrect address or other reasons), our courier partner will attempt to contact you.
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur an additional charge of approx. ₹60 or more.
